Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. collects users personal data only once they register to the reservation service access to the warehouses. The data required in the registration form are those defined as "common" by the Law (e.g. Personal data); in no event users will be required to provide "sensitive" data, as defined by Article 4.1 point d of the “Code”.
On the registration form, at the end of the page, the users will find the check box related to “Privacy Notice” clicking on which this document can be viewed; when the box is clicked the user declares to have read the information regarding the handling of the supplied personal data. 1. The subject involved has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even if not registered yet, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The subject involved has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the treatment purposes and methods;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with electronic tools;
d) of the identification details of the subject in charge, managers and representative appointed according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be disclosed to or known by managers and operators, in quality of designated representative in the State territory.

3. The subject involved has the right to obtain:
a) the update, rectification or if needed, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation with laws, including data which shall not be stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or treated;
c) declaration that the operations indicated in letters a) and b) were disclosed, even with regards to their content, to those subjects to whom data was notified or disclosed, except in case said obligation cannot be fulfilled or implies a use of means which is disproportionate compared to the right protected.

4. The subject involved has the right to partially or fully oppose:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of his/her personal data, even if relative to the purpose of collection.
